IIA Malaysia and IIA Turkey are selected the 2007 Winners of The International Mastering Advocacy Programme (IMAP) Award. The prestigious Award was presented to the winners at the 2007 IIA International Conference in Amsterdam on 8 July 2007
The IMAP award recognises the efforts of The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) chapters and affiliates worldwide to advocate on behalf of the profession, build awareness of the value of internal auditing, and promote internal audit professionalism and best practices.
This year, The Institute recognises IIA Malaysia and IIA Turkey for their success in building relationship with key stakeholders, increasing media exposure and visibility on internal audit issues, positioning the profession as an ideal career choice, and publicising the role internal auditing plays in effective organisational governance.
