Board of Governors

The Management of the affair of the Institute is the responsibility of a Board of Governors who are elected by the members at the Annual General Meeting each year. The Governors are all Malaysian citizens who are practising professionals both from the public and private sectors.

The Board comprises 14 Governors who appoint amongst themselves the following Executive Committee:

1.	President
2.	Two (2) Vice Presidents
3.	An Honorary Secretary
4.	An Honorary Treasurer
